UFC Fight Night: Werdum vs Volkov Odds

The UFC heads across the pond this weekend, returning to London, England’s O2 Arena for UFC Fight Night 127: Werdum vs Volkov.

The main event is a heavyweight bout between Fabricio Werdum and Alexander Volkov. At Bovada Sportsbook, Werdum is a -205 favorite and Volkov a +165 underdog.

Werdum, the former UFC heavyweight champ, enters this fight 3-1 in his last four. He owns a lifetime record of 23-7-1 with six wins by knockout and 11 by submission. He last fought at UFC Fight Night 121 in November when he defeated Marcin Tybura by unanimous decision as a -345 favorite.

Volkov has won his last five fights to bump his record up to 29-6 with 19 wins by KO. His last fight was at UFC Fight Night 115 in September where he defeated Stefan Struve by TKO in the third round as a -150 favorite.

Also on the main card this weekend is a light heavyweight tilt between Jimi Manuwa and Jan Blachowicz. At Bovada Sportsbook, Manuwa is a -225 favorite and Blachowicz a +175 underdog.

Manuwa is coming off an upset loss in his last fight, which dropped his record to 17-3 with 15 wins coming by KO. That fight was in July at UFC 214 where he lost to Volkan Oezdemir by KO as a -225 favorite.

Blachowicz has won his last two fights, but still sits at 3-4 in his last seven. His overall record is 21-7 with five wins by KO and eight by submission. He last fought at UFC on Fox 26 in December and defeated Jared Cannonier by unanimous decision as a +140 underdog.

Rounding out our look at UFC Fight Night 127 is a bantamweight fight between Tom Duquesnoy and Terrion Ware. Duquesnoy is a -280 favorite and Ware a +220 underdog.

Duquesnoy is coming off only the second loss of his MMA career, which snapped a 12-fight winning streak, dropping him to 15-2 and one no contest with eight wins by KO. That loss, at UFC 216 in October, came at the hands of Cody Stamann by split decision as a -175 favorite.

Ware has lost his last two fights and sits at 17-7 with six wins by KO. He last fought at The Ultimate Fighter 26 Finale in December where he lost to Sean O’Malley by unanimous decision as a +180 underdog.
