UFC Fight Night: Volkov vs. Struve Odds

The UFC makes a rare stop in the Netherlands this weekend for UFC Fight Night 115: Volkov vs. Struve in Rotterdam. The main event this weekend is a Heavyweight bout between Alexander Volkov and Stefan Struve.

The matchup pits different types of fighters against one another, as Volkov has won most of his fights by knockout, while Struve has relied on submission to put away the majority of his opponents. At the Bovada Sportsbook Volkov is the favorite at -135, while Struve is a +105 underdog.

Volkov heads into the bout having won his last four fights to improve his record to 28-6 with 18 wins by knockout. He last fought at UFC on Fox 24 in April where he defeated Roy Nelson by unanimous decision as a -165 favorite.

Struve is 3-3 in his last six fights and owns a career record of 28-8 with eight wins by KO and 17 by submission. His last fight was at UFC 204 in October where he defeated Daniel Omielanczuk by submission via D’Arce choke as a -210 favorite.

The co-main event this weekend was supposed to be a women’s bantamweight tilt, but it was scrapped due to a hand injury to Germaine de Randamie. Instead, a middleweight bout between Siyar Bahadurzada and Rob Wilkinson gets elevated.

Bahadurzada is a -155 favorite and owns a 22-6-1 record with 11 wins by KO and seven by submission. Due to injuries he hasn’t fought since March 2016. That fight was at UFC 196 where he upset Brandon Thatch as a +225 underdog by submission.

Wilkinson will be making his UFC debut as a +125 underdog. He enters the big time undefeated at 11-0 with four wins by KO and six by submission. His last fight was at a Euro FC1 event in October where he defeated Alexander Poppeck by submission.

Also of note on the UFC Fight Night 115 card is a welterweight tilt between Leon Edwards and Bryan Barberena. Edwards is a big favorite at -300, and Barberena is a +230 underdog.

Edwards is 13-3 with five wins by KO and has won five of his last six fights. He last fought at UFC Fight Night 107 in March and defeated Vicente Luque by unanimous decision as a -105 underdog.

Barberena is 13-4 with nine wins by KO. He’s 3-2 in his last five fights and last stepped into the octagon at UFC Fight Night 108 in April. He faced Joe Proctor as a -500 favorite and won by first round TKO.
