UFC Fight Night: Machida vs Anders Odds

The UFC returns to Brazil this weekend with UFC Fight Night 125: Machida vs Anders.

The main event is a middleweight bout between Lyoto Machida and Eryk Anders. At Bovada Sportsbook, Anders is a -280 favorite and Machida is a +220 underdog.

Anders is undefeated in his MMA career at 10-0 with six wins by knockout. He last fought at UFC Fight Night 123 in December when he defeated Markus Perez by unanimous decision as a -500 favorite.

Machida has lost his last three fights, dropping his record to 22-8 with nine wins by KO. He last fought at UFC Fight Night 119 in October, losing to Derek Brunson by KO as a +110 underdog.

Also on the main card this weekend is a bantamweight tilt between John Dodson and Pedro Munhoz. At Bovada Sportsbook, Dodson is a -160 favorite and Munhoz is a +130 underdog.

Dodson is only 2-3 in his last five fights and owns a lifetime record of 19-9 with nine wins by KO. His last fight was at UFC Fight Night 120 in November where he lost to Marlon Moraes by split decision as a -145 favorite.

Munhoz is on a four-fight winning streak and owns a record of 15-2 and one no contest, with two wins by KO and nine by submission. He last fought at UFC Fight Night 119 in October, defeating Rob Font by submission as a +125 underdog.

One other notable bout on this weekend’s card is a women’s flyweight bout between Valentina Shevchenko and Priscila Cachoeira. Shevchenko is a heavy -900 favorite and Cachoeira a +550 underdog.

Shevchenko is 14-3 with four wins by KO and six by submission and is coming off a loss in a bout for the UFC women’s bantamweight championship. She faced Amanda Nunes for the title at UFC 215 in September and lost by split decision as a -150 favorite.

Cachoeira will be making her UFC debut this weekend after going 8-0 with four wins by KO in her young MMA career. Her last fight was at a Hipnose Fight event in September where she defeated Rosy Duarte by TKO.
